Romanian company La Fantana posted a turnover of EUR 17 million, the same as in the previous year, with a volume of sales of almost 80 million liters of bottled water, according to the company.

The Toro Company has purchased a plot of 3,5 hectares in Ploiesti West Park where it intends to build a manufacturing facility of 11,000 sqm that will employ approximately 100 people, once fully operational. Constructions will start in early 2011 and the facility will include production/assembly, warehouse and office space.

French carmaker Renault will launch two models under the Romanian Dacia brand in Europe in 2012, the company said in a press release Thursday. Renault plans to launch a family car and a light commercial vehicle under the Dacia brand.

Bonte, along with Fundatia Post Privatizare and Andreas Cser, an angel investor based in London, have provided EUR 0.5 million for the development of the recruitment website.
