Oracle Romania posted a turnover of EUR 174 million last year, up 12% over the previous year, according to data from the Ministry of Finance cited by local Ziarul Financiar.

In 2014, the company recorded revenues of EUR 156 million and a net profit of almost EUR 2 million.

Oracle, one of the largest providers of software, hardware and IT services, opened its office in Romania in 1995. In 2004, it opened a service center which mainly works for international customers.

Oracle Romania had on average 3,000 employees last year.
