Following the Government reshuffle which was decided and announced earlier on Thursday, the candidates nominated for the Economy, Finance, Labor, Agriculture, Communication and Transport seats are Ion Ariton, Gheorghe Ialomiţianu, Ioan-Nelu Botiş, Valeriu Tabără, Valerian Vreme and Anca Boagiu respectively. Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc announced the new lineup late on Thursday evening.

According to the PM, Adriean Videanu, Radu Berceanu and Gabriel Sandu left the government voluntary, offering their experience within the Democratic Liberal Party (PDL).
