Valentin Ionescu, 38, is a Economics Academy (ASE) graduate and holds an MBA from CNAM Paris and ASE Bucharest. He also holds a specialization in finance from the Georgetown University and a diploma in banking management from the CODECS University.

Former journalist Radu Cosarca will become Enel Romania's external relations manager, according to Mediafax newswire. He will take over the new position in September, when he will undergo a training period. During this period, the current external relations director, Paolo Chighine will continue on the job until the end of the fall, when Radu Cosarca will take on the job responsibilities, according to Enel's press office.

ProCredit Bank has a new president, after having promoted Ilinca Rosetti to this position. Posetti has previously been part of the bank's executive management as the director of banking services. Before that, she was general manager of ProCredit Moldova.
