The shareholders are also expected to approve the Bucharest Stock Exchange listing for the fund, as well as the listing on other financial markets, and the distribution of dividends for 2008 and 2009.

The Dobrogea Water administration is offering for lease several lakes in Constanta, as well as water surfaces on the Danube and on the Black Sea. Winners of the bid will be able to build wind farms there or organize water shows. Techirghiol, Tabacarie and Mangalia are among the lakes up for bid. Based on demand, water areas on the Danube and on the Black Sea could also be rented out.
