Romanians' quality of life got worse this year compared to last year, found a research on the quality of life issued by the Romanian Academy. Romanians saw deteriorating political environment and became less satisfied with the way the country is managed.

The company wants to built two solar panels factories in Romania, an investment of USD 64 million, according to Edward T. Whelan, head of Energiz Renewable, quoted by Romanian media.

A photography exhibition with works by Austrian photographer Inge Morath, who studied in Bucharest in the 30s and traveled to Romania after that will be on display at the Romanian Peasant's Museum in Bucharest from September 2nd. The exhibition, called 'My Romanian diary', will run until October 17. 133 of Inge Morath's photographic works will be on display.
