The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is analyzing the possibility to lend up to EUR 200 million for the Kaulfand operations in Poland and Bulgaria and for Lidl's activity in Romania and Bulgaria, according to Bulgarian media. The funding should cover the market entry costs for the two retailers on these new markets.

The Austrian chamber music orchestra Johann Strauss Ensemble will perform in Romania in December, within their Romanian national Christmas tour. The Bucharest show, under the name Best of Vienna, will he held on December 11 at Sala Palatului in the capital city, starting 20,00 hours. The show will include compositions which became famous over time in the Austrian capital city.
