Romanian movie One Floor Below joins Glasgow Film Festival's lineup

Un Etaj Mai Jos / One Floor Below, the latest film by director Radu Muntean, will be screened at the Glasgow Film Festival on February 26 and February 27.

Moreover, scriptwriter Alexandru Baciu, the director’s long-time collaborator, will talk to the public after the screenings, according to a statement by ICR London.

Glasgow Film Festival (GFF) is committed to supporting emerging talent and providing audiences with the opportunity to see the best of world cinema. It includes the best of new Scottish and British films, as well as art films, documentaries, and special events.

One Floor Below tells the story of a happy family man and successful business owner who hears an argument in his apartment building and shortly after, one of the arguing couple, a young woman, is found dead. When the police come to interrogate the tenants, he doesn’t mention the argument and keeps baulking it throughout the movie. Read more about it here.
