Romania asks gyms for mandatory certificate from anti-doping agency

Fitness and body building gyms will be required by law to have a certificate from the National Anti-doping Agency, which will be valid for three years, according to a new Government decision. Gym owners have to submit requests to received this certificate in up to six months from the enforcement of the decision, and the anti-doping agency will have 90 days to issue the certificate, according to Ioana Muntean, the Romanian Government spokesperson. The papers submitted will have to include the updated list of food products that are sold or distributed in sports gyms.
