Omar Arnaout is the new general manager of brokerage firm Noble Securities in Romania, replacing Victor Safta, who helped set up the brokerage firm's local office. Initially the company wanted to hire a local manager but Arnaout, who had worked in Romania before with X-Trade Brokers between 2009 and 2010, was chosen.

Prior to this new job, Arnaout was head of Noble Securities subsidiaries abroad and oversaw the set up of the Romanian subsidiary. Prior to 2012, he was the deputy director of X-Trade Brokers in Italy, and deputy director of the same brokerage company in Romania.

Arnaout, who has been working from Warsaw, graduated the Warsaw School of Economics in 2005.
