Bucharest’s City Hall will illuminate the capital city with 2.6 million green lights starting December 4, 2011, covering over 21 km of streets, including Calea Victoriei, Magheru Blvd., Dacia Blvd., and Soseaua Bucuresti-Ploiesti.

Moreover, several buildings in Bucharest will be decorated with winter-themed holograms. Among the buildings that will be decorated this way, there are the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE), the old headquarters of the City Hall located on Regina Elisabeta Blvd., the National Military Circle, and the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism.
