The Bucharest metro company Metrorex will run night trains every 20 minutes for Orthodox Easter, between April 14 and April 15, when Romanians are expected to attend the midnight mass.

During the day on April 14, 15 and 16, metro trains in Bucharest will run on a holiday schedule, similarly to Sundays.

Metrorex plans to introduce more trains depending on the number of commuters on Easter night. Metros in Bucharest normally run from 05:00 to 23:00.
