The Turkish-owned real estate developer Opus Land Development wants to start next year the fourth phase of the Cosmopolis residential complex in Stefanesti, north-east of Bucharest, consisting of 800 houses, half of which will be completed in 2015 after an investment of about EUR 18 million.

"We will continue to invest in the infrastructure development of the Cosmopolis complex. At the moment we are working on a new entrance and on widening the access road to four lanes. We will extend the commercial area and we will build several other sports facilities. We will also begin to build a church in collaboration with the Romanian Patriarchate," said Ahmet Buyukhanli, the executive director of Opus land Development, cited by local Dailybusiness.ro.

The Cosmopolis assembly, located north-east of Bucharest, near the ring road, has 1,650 completed homes.
