The eight edition of Stufstock, the concert series which takes place in Vama Veche, will be on between August 16 and 22 on the beach in the Romanian seaside resort. This year's edition will bring together, besides the rock music, also theater, film, photography and literature.

Three stages will welcome singers this year, both old timer rock bands and newcomers. Some of the bands which will be playing live at Stufstock are Omul cu sobolani, ZOB, Kumm, Altar and Implant pentru Refuz, Zdob şi Zdub, E.M.I.L., Luna Amara, Byron, Trupa Veche and Trooper.

Omul cu Sobolani (OCS), Implant pentru Refuz and ZOB will play on August 19, while KUMM, on August 20.

Filmstock will be another part of the Stufstock festival this year. Special screenings, workshops and competitions will take place at the Hand terrace in Vama Veche during August 16 and 18. Special movies screenings will also be organized on the beach. Some of the movies you could watch there were included in the Iasi International Film Festival, the Transilvania Film Festival (TIFF).

Stufstock festival was started in 2003, when it gathered 15,000 people in the Vama Veche seaside village. Meanwhile, the village has become more of a resort and the festival, among the best known the South – Eastern Europe.
