Miniature Bibles on display at Romanian museum

An exhibition dedicated to the Bible, which features 150 such books published worldwide, is open at the National Museum of Transylvanian History in Romania. The exhibition also features miniature Bibles.

According to Florin Stoica, the collector who initiated this exhibition, one of the miniature bibles is printed on a small piece of titanium, of only 4 millimeters. The nano-Bible contains Old and New Testaments, with a total of 956 pages. There are 748,000 words that can only be read under a microscope, reports local Agerpres.

The exhibition also features a copy of the Bible translated by Martin Luther in German, which more than 300 years old. There are also Bibles in Romanian, Hungarian, English and other languages, which were printed in different countries of the world.

The exhibition, called Cartea care poate schimba lumea (The book that can change the world), is open until November 21.
