European poets and musicians come to Bucharest this May for Poetry Festival

European poets and musicians will gather in Bucharest this May for the International Poetry Festival, the National Fair of Poetry Books and the Jazz and Poetry Marathon organized by the National Museum of Romanian Literature (MNLR).

The events will be organized between May 13 and May 17 in several locations in Bucharest such as the Sutu Palace, Carol I Central University Library, Open Art Library, Odeon Theater, Green Hours jazz-cafe and Excelsior Theater, according to information on the museum's website.

Some of the guests are Caroline Boide Brenaud (Maison de la Poesie — scene litteraire, Paris, France), Andre Marquet (Musee Rimbaud — Charleville-Mezieres, France), Carlos Wert (Residencia de Estudiantes — Madrid, Spain), Graham Henderson, Simona Nastac, Ankit Kapasi (Rimbaud and Verlaine Foundation — London, UK), Giuseppe Albano (Keats-Shelley House — Rome, Italy) and Ruta Elijosaityte (Druskininkai Poetic Fall poetry festival – Lithuania), reports local Agerpres.

They will join other internationally renowned poets from Italy, France, Poland, UK, Hungary and Spain.
