Almost 90% say that you can see more foreigners in this area lately. According to the study, this is due to the lower prices compared to other European capitals and the vibrant nightlife.

“The large inflow of foreigners, the cosmopolitan design of the bars and the increasingly better services are the main reasons while half of the respondents see the Old Town as an “Western area”,” according to City Grill.

Romanians also prefer the traditional food, reveals the study. Almost 80% of respondents prefer Romanian food products, while 65% consider this food is healthy.

The research was conducted online in May, on a sample of 765 respondents, representative for Bucharest, for the 18-50 years segment.
