Israeli company B&H Apartments and Romanian firm Insigra, owned by local entrepreneur Ion Husca, will invest EUR 10 million in a residential project with 390 apartments located in Brasov. The project called Grandis Residence will be part of the residential assembly Casa Nobel, whose first construction phase was completed.

The new complex will have 390 apartments, distributed in ten four-storey buildings. Eight of them are owned by Insigra, whereas two buildings belong to B&H Apartments. The residential project will include green areas, parking lots, playground areas, a commercial area, a cafe, as well as office spaces.

Grandis Residence will be developed in northern Brasov, in the Tractorul neighborhood, which has been one of the most active areas on the city’s real estate market in the past years. It will be located near the shopping center Coresi, owned by the French company Immochan, which also wants to develop apartments in the area.
