Romanian businessman Iulian Stanciu, who runs the largest online store in Romania, eMAG, and two other Romanian entrepreneurs, will open next month what is set to be the largest beerhouse in Eastern Europe, according to Capital.ro.

The beerhouse, called Beraria H, will be opened in the former Pavilion H in the Herastrau park, just opposite the Hard Rock Café. The three owners rented out the 4,300 sqm building from Romanians Puiu Popoviciu and Radu Dimofte, who are the owners of the Baneasa retail and office compound.

The investment in the beerhouse is of some EUR 2.5 million, and will be recovered in five years, according to Vlad Dumitru, the general manager of the new beerhouse. Beraria H is owned by Vlad Dumitru with 50 percent, Iulian Stanciu, 25 percent, and Ioana Iancu, with the rest.
