A Romania-France-Hungary co-production, the film got the special jury award, the award from the ecumenic jury, an award from the youth jury and the Don Quijote award from the International Cineclub Foundation.
Seven Romanian and international movies will be screened in Crangasi park from August 16, part of the 'Cinema in the park' program. This is the second edition of the events, which will run until August 22. Entry will be free and screenings will start everyday at 21,30 hours. The event is organized by the Bucharest sector 6 city hall and the Transilvania International Film festival (TIFF).
Romanian actress Ana Ularu has received the Boccalino award at the International Film festival in Locarno for her role in 'Periferic' movie (translated 'Outbound'), which was selected for the festival's official competition. Boccalino is the critics' award at the Locarno festival.
