Building materials producer opens new plant in Romania after EUR 50 mln investment

Construction materials producer Siniat Romania will open a gypsum boards plant at Turceni, in the Gorj county, in October this year, following a EUR 50 million investment, the company announced.

The company plans to create 80 jobs in the factory’s production sectors, and it has already recruited 80% of the staff.

Siniat Romania, which is part of the Etex group, has other two plants in Romania, in Bucharest and in Aghiresu, Cluj county.
