Bucharest’s Universitate Square will host the first edition of Your Money Expo financial exhibition on October 6 and October 7. This is the first such exhibition organized by the Bucharest Stock Exchange BVB in cooperation with local brokerage houses, asset managers, pension funds, life insurances, and listed companies.

The event will bring together representatives from different sectors of the financial and capital markets industry in order to inform the visitors about the money management and opportunities, according to a BVB statement. The first list of exhibitors will be released in mid-September.

The event’s preliminary agenda includes an official opening of the trading session with special guests, special seminars, and interviews with key attendees. Several on-line channels will broadcast live the event, including the Bucharest Stock Exchange website and its Facebook page. The entire agenda will soon be published on BVB’s official web page.

“We put Your Money Expo at the beginning of October which will be for sure an «Individual Investor’s Month»,” said Ludwik Sobolewski, BVB CEO.

Your Money Expo is the first of a series of projects that will take place in October dedicated to enriching the level of financial literacy in Romania. BVB will announce the other activities targeting individual investors in the upcoming weeks.
