Two Romanian entrepreneurs have been appointed Associate Deans with the business school Maastricht School of Management Romania. Adrian Stanciu and Sergiu Neguț, both partners in the firm Wanted - Transformation Consultancy, are new Associate Deans with MSM Romania.

Adrian Stanciu is a consultant and partner in Wanted - Transformation Consultancy and in Human Synergetics Romania, as well as being a founding member of MSM Romania. He will become Associate Dean of Leadership and Knowledge.

Negut (in picture), an INSEAD MBA graduate, is an investor in several Romanian businesses, among which is the chain of restaurants and delivery frufru. He ran the Regina Maria private healthcare network - then Centrul Medical Unirea - for over five years until 2011. With MSM Romania he will be Associate Dean of Entrepreneurial Growth. “In Romania too many ideas are lost before being tried out, and too many businesses lurk at a small level, without exploiting the growth opportunities,” said Negut, who will coach MSM Romania students to help them to achieve their entrepreneurial potential during the program and after.

MSM Romania has been active since 2010. It currently has 50 active students and a small group of graduates from the 2012 cohort, adding to the graduates of the Central European University - Business School, the Romanian Branch, which closed down in 2010. The team behind CEU in Romania moved on to bring Maastricht School of Management to the country.
