Over 12,000 Romanian students from poor families will get EUR 200 vouchers from the state to buy personal computers this year, according to a Government decision.

The Government decided yesterday that the Euro 200 program will continue this year and allotted a RON 15 million (EUR 3.3 million) budget for it.

Students under the age of 26 who come from families with gross monthly revenues of under RON 150 (EUR 33) per member, benefit from this program. The EUR 200 vouchers will be distributed by end-July and can be used for purchases until end-August.
