The Romanian Police are searching for real estate investor Emilian (Elan) Schwartzenberg, for complicity to bribery.

Schwartzenberg is among the Most Wanted by the Romanian Police, who have issued an arrest warrant on his name. He is accused of complicity to bribery in a case tied to the one where former Constanta mayor Radu Mazare is being tried for the development of social housing in the seaside city.

Prosecutors say Elan Schwartzenberg acted as middle man between businessman Avraham Morgenstern and the former Constanta mayor Radu Mazare.
