An exhibition dedicated to the great Romanian playwright IL Caragiale is to feature at the upcoming Night of Libraries, on November 17/18. Cu Caragiale de la Washington la Bucuresti (With Caragiale from Washington to Bucharest) at the newly opened Romanian National Library in Bucharest (in picture) will include photographs of the play O noapte furtunoasa (A Stormy Night) being performed in the two cities as well as a graphic novel version another of IL Caragiale's works.

The photos are by journalist Madalina Corina Diaconu, while the graphic novel, based on O scrisoare pierduta (A Lost Letter), is the first such adaptation of IL Caragiale's writings and copies will be signed by the artist Mihai Grăjdeanu.
