Elena Cosma moves from Bancpost’s nonperforming loans division to ZRP Insolvency as executive director
Elena Cosma, former manager of Bancpost’s nonperforming loans department, was recently named Executive Manager at ZRP Insolvency, member of the Zamfirescu Racoţi Predoiu group, according to the company. She will take over this position from April 1, 2012, and will coordinate and manage insolvency projects.
Elena Cosma has 38 years of experience in banking and finance, focusing on lending issues, nonperforming loans recovery and restructuring. She previously held management positions at BRD Groupe Societe Generale and Bancpost. She holds a degree in Economics specializing in Finance and Banking and an MBA in company management.
Elena Cosma will join the company’s management team, which currently includes Stan Tîrnoveanu - Managing Partner Zamfirescu Racoţi Predoiu (ZRP), and Calin-Andrei Zamfirescu - Senior Partner in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of ZRP.
