Fondul Proprietatea shareholders have chosen Deloitte & Touche to audit the fund's financial situations. Only two companies had filed offers to audit the fund's financial results. The other bidder was a Romanian firm from Piatra Neamt, Expert Cont.

Most of the Fondul Proprietatea shareholders who voted in the meeting on Monday abstained from voting, with 21.43 percent of the votes for Deloitte. The firm has asked for a fee of around EUR 80,000.
