AmCham elects six expats and seven Romanians for new board, auditing committee
The American Chamber of Commerce in Romania AmCham elected Daniela Nemoianu, executive partner with KPMG, as president, for the 2015 – 2016 mandate. The new AmCham board features six expats and seven Romanians.
Jacopo Murzi, managing director Janssen, Johnson &Johnson Romania, and Ionut Simion, partner with PwC, are the new vice-presidents. Tim Helsen, the CEO of UPS Romania, is AmCham’s new treasurer.
Other elected board members are Catalin Velescu, general manager of 3M Romania, Zoltan Brassai, managing director of Ford in Romania, Cristian Colteanu, the president and CEO of GE International in Romania, Juraj Barus, the Chief Financial Officer of IBM Romania, Kostas Loukas – GM, Microsoft Romania, Noland Townsend, GM of Pfizer Romania, and Carmen Neagu, president of the Supervisory Board with Transelectrica.
AmCham’s auditing committee is made of Manuela Furdui, Managing Partner – Finexpert, Serge Gonvers, Partner, Mazars, Florentina Grigore, RSM Scot.
