The weather will again start to change in Romania on Thursday afternoon, May 12.

The southwestern part of Romania and the mountain areas will see rain, strong wind, and even hail starting 18:00 on Thursday. The bad weather will then take over the rest of the country, according to meteorologists.

The rainfall is expected to reach 15-20 liters per sqm, and even 30-40 liters per sqm in some areas.

This weather alert is valid until Friday, May 13, 21:00, but weather instability could continue over the weekend too.
