Unilever extends lease at Baneasa Business & Technology Park, Romania

Consumer goods company Unilever has extended its lease at Baneasa Business & Technology Park  offices in Bucharest on approximately 2,500 sqm of offices for another five years.

The company has occupied the offices since 2007 and the renegotiation for the extension of the contract started in 2011 and closed in June, 2012. Cushman & Wakefield Company represented Unilever during the negotiations.

Unilever has operated in Romania since 1995 and has invested nearly EUR 125 million in the country so far. Unilever has 400 brands, in 14 categories of products for food, home care and personal care.
