Sky Tower office building in Bucharest welcomes first tenant outside Raiffeisen group

26 August 2013

The recently finalized Sky Tower office building in Bucharest, owned by Raiffeisen group, which is the only tenant in the building, will welcome the first tenant outside the group: Amadeus, a company which provides services for the tourism industry.

The firm leased 366 sqm at the 19th floor of the office building, which is the tallest office tower in Romania. The lease was brokered by real estate agency Esop.

Raiffeisen Bank uses six floors in the building, from the 2nd throughout the 7th. The 36-floored tower was finalized earlier this year and required a EUR 100 million investment.

Adjoining the tower is a shopping mall, Promenada, also a Raiffeisen group project, which is set to open later this fall.
