This time we have a song by Mes Quins, a band considered one of the most interesting newcomers on the Romanian electro-synth-pop scene by press and fans after their first single, 'Printeso' (Princess).

‘Lasati-ma sa trec, sunt artist!’ (Let me go, I am an artist!) is a satirical song about creative types that take themselves way too seriously and disdain the conventional with exaggerated self-importance .

Mes Quins is a Romanian electro-synth-pop-punk band that was founded in 2008 by Ovidiu Chihaia (guitar, voice) and Silviu Gherman (samplers, synths etc, voice). The band has only released one album so far, but they are working on a second, scheduled for summer 2012. The song we chose will be featured on their upcoming album.
