Romanian singer Stefan Banica Jr. seems to be on a streak of songs re-inventing his style, and trying to 'speak' to another generation. After a collaboration with young composer Marius Moga for the song 'Ce e dragostea', the 46-year old Romanian rock'n'roll star has another that combines reggae and his normal style. The song is called Alerg printre stele/Running through stars and features local reggae singer Pacha Man. An unexpected combination, yet a smart one, in our opinion.

We appreciate that Stefan Banica's style and songs are the same – and we like it – plus he has an amazing voice, and is a very talented actor, but he has chosen to spice everything up via collaborations, rather than going for different styles of music by himself, and alienating his fan base. His more modern look in the video for this song is also something which will definitely help update his image (in picture). The recently-divorced star's attempt to freshen up his music is something we'll keep an eye on.

In a sort of relaxing, yet makes-you-want-to-move way, the new song sounds good, so lets enjoy it!
