Romanian film Passo Doble (Pas Dublu), directed by Dan Pita, will be screened at the Romanian Cultural Institute in London on September 23 starting 7pm. The film, in Romania with English subtitles, features actors Claudiu Bleont, Petre Nicolae, Anda Onesa, Ecaterina Nazare. The movie won the Honourable Mention at the Silver Bear Berlin Awards in 1985 and was nominated for the Golden Bear in the same year.

Extroverted Claudiu Bleont and withdrawn Petre Nicolae are co-workers and roommates. Nicolae pines away for an unwed mother whom he loves from afar.
