Romania, among cheapest countries for temporary workforce

The temporary workforce in Romania is among the cheapest in the world, ranking 15th among 75 countries, according to a study by ManpowerGroup Solutions.

The country ranks 25th for the increased productivity of the temporary workers, but it is among the last five countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa for the availability of workers with university diploma who speak English to accept temporary jobs. Overall, Romania ranks 66th out of 75 countries, for conditions to hire temporary work force.

As of 2015, the labor market in New Zealand is the most open in the world for employing temporary or seasonal workers, followed by the US and Canada. Hong Kong or Israel come next. The only European country in the top 10 is Ireland.
