Opposition parties PNL and PC set up Center Right Alliance in Romania

The opposition National Liberal Party (PNL) and Conservative Party (PC) have signed an agreement to set up an alliance called the Center Right Alliance of the National Liberal Party and Conservative Party (ACD).

The two parties will not accept their members to switch from one party to the other and the decisions of the Alliance leading bodies will always be made by consensus, according to the document signed on Monday. The National Leading Council (CNC) is made up of four representatives from either party leaderships, who will be named or removed according to each of the two parties' internal procedures, the protocol stipulates.
