Deutsche Telekom brings new player to Romania’s contact center services market

E-value International SA, member of the OTE Group and Deutsche Telekom, and one of Southeastern Europe's largest contact center outsourcing services providers, has launched operations in Romania.

The company is based in Bucharest, where its activities are currently carried out from a 1,900 sqm workplace with 320 agent workstations. In the second quarter of this year, the company plans to expand with a second site in Brasov, central Romania, with 300 workstations.

E-value International SA provides contact center services, 24/7, ranging from customer care and help desk / technical support services to customer retention and sales development.

It already offers services to Telekom Romania Mobile Communications, also member of the OTE Group, following a partnership agreement for the development of major customer service and sales projects for the telecom operator. It plans to expand this partnership in the coming months, to include additional projects of Telekom Romania Communications and Telekom Romania Mobile Communications as well as Deutsche Telekom.
