Over 200 Romanian farmers from the southern part of the country have started a program to deliver 10,000 tonnes of vegetables to large retail chain.

So far, the first stores to join the program were Kaufland, Auchan, Cora and Selgros. The Agricover group will cover the operational platform for the program, such as logistics support, technical, financial, and risk management.

This will mean that hypermarkets will receive fresh vegetables made in Romania every day.
