French bakery chain Paul opens two units in new Bucharest mall
French bakery chain Paul will open two new units in Romania this week, after an investment of some EUR 500,000. Both of them are located in the new Mega Mall shopping center to be opened in Bucharest on May 14.
A new Paul Bakery will be opened at the ground floor, close to the main entrance, and will cover 230 sqm. The other unit, which has a surface of 23 sqm, will be located in the food court area. Together, the two locations will have a capacity of 90 seats and will employ 25 people.
After these two new openings, Paul will run 13 units in Romania. One of them is in Ploiesti and the rest are located in Bucharest.
Paul entered the local market in 2008. There are some 500 Paul bakeries opened worldwide.
