02 October 2012

A fire started in Confort City, a residential compound in the Bucharest's sector 3. The fire started on the 10th floor of the residential block, with flames engulfing over 400 sqm and the area entirely made of wood.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and are struggling to put out the fire. Firefighters said there was not enough water available to put out the fire.

The attic of the block has completely collapsed, but nobody was injured. Most of the apartments in the compound, built by Romanian investors the Negoita brothers, were bought using bank loans.
