Endava plans 100 hirings for fourth development center in Romania

British IT services provider Endava recently opened its fourth local development center in Pitesti, where it plans to hire 100 people over the next three years.

The new office in Pitesti is functional in a city center office building, where it occupies some 600 sqm on two floors.

“Endava’s investments will exceed EUR 125,000 in the first 12 months after thePitesti headquarters inauguration. We estimate similar investments for the second year of activity,” according to the company.

“We plan to recruit some 50 people by end-2015 and we want to build a solid team of around 100 people at Pitesti, over the next three years,” said Radu Grosu, delivery director within Endava’s Bucharest center, responsible for the new headquarter opening.

The company is currently recruiting people for several positions, such as Senior .Net Developer, Automation Tester, Software Tester, Security Test Engineer and Java Developer.

In the last two years, Endava increased its local team by 80% and continues recruitments. It has three other development centers in Romania, in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, and Iasi, which employ some 1,200 people.
