Dutch logistic group leases 10,000 sqm of warehouses in Bucharest
Logistic E van Wijk, a Dutch provider of integrated transport and logistics services, will lease 10,180 sqm of warehouse space and 252 sqm of offices in the new Warehouse 6 at P3 Bucharest park.
The park is owned by P3, one of the biggest owners of logistic space in Europe.
The leased space represents 75% of the total size of the new warehouse. A team of 40 people will be based at the facility, which will be used to distribute an average of 15,000 pallets a month.
The new warehouse is environmentally sustainable and uses solar panels on the roof to lower the operational costs.

Logistic E van Wijk Romania has 370 employees, 185 trucks, and 20,000 sqm of storage space in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Arad.
P3 currently has a total of 305,000 sqm in 11 warehouses at P3 Bucharest park.
