Czech group S Group Holding recently took a EUR 39 million loan to construct an office building in Bucharest. The project, called Green Gate, will cover 39,000 sqm over ten floors, and will be located near the Marriott hotel in Bucharest. The EUR 39 million loan came from PPF Bank of the Czech Republic.

Green Gate, developed by Green Gate Development, will finalize the building in February 2014, according to plans.

S Group Holding, set up in 1991 in Liberec, works on construction, development and facility management in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
