Welsh singer Tom Jones back to Romania for November concert

Welsh singer Tom Jones (in picture) will play again in Romania this year. The concert will be organized at Sala Palatului in Bucharest on November 1, 20:00. The artist previously performed in Romania in 2011 and 2007.

Tom Jones, born in June 1940, has been singing since the mid-60s. The artist has sung nearly every form of popular music, from pop, rock and R&B, to country, dance, or soul, and sold over 100 million records.

He is best known for songs like Sex Bomb, Delilah, It’s Not Unusual, She’s a Lady, What’s New Pussycat, Tower of Song, or Hit or Miss. His latest album Spirit in the Room, released in May 2012, was produced by Ethan Johns.

In 2006, Tom Jones received a knighthood from Queen Elizabeth II for "services to music". Read more about the artist on his official website here.
