Mobile carrier Vodafone Romania has appointed Valeriu Nistor as commercial director of its enterprise business unit.

Nistor, who was the head of IBM Romania between 2013 and 2015, will replace German Markus Lause, who has completed his assignment in Romania.

Nistor also worked within Xerox for ten years. He was the marketing director for Central and Eastern Europe, then the general director of Xerox Romania. Afterwards, Nistor was the general director of Xerox Austria.

He then established together with other partners the company Soar Management si Investitii, which specializes on restructuring companies, as well as advising on mergers and acquisitions.
