US Navy destroyer Donald Cook makes 4-day stop in Romania’s Constanta

US Navy destroyer USS Donald Cook will make a stop in Romania’s seaside city of Constanta between April 14 and April 17, 2014.

On this occasion, the Romanian and American military will perform joint training activities in Romania’s territorial waters, but also in the international waters of the Black Sea.

On Sunday, a Russian reconnaissance plane flew over the Black Sea, near the airspace of Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey, the Turkish Air Force sending four F-16 fighter jets to intercept the Russian plane, according to local Mediafax. No incidents were reported.
