UPC Romania’s revenues go down on USD appreciation

09 November 2015

UPC Romania had USD 117.5 million in revenues in the first nine months of 2015, some 10% lower compared to the same period of 2014.

The company’s revenues went up by 9.5% when expressed in Romanian lei (RON).

In the third quarter of 2015, UPC Romania’s revenues increased by almost 10% in RON, but went down by 8% in USD, to USD 40 million.

UPC Romania had 1.21 million clients at the end of September 2015, up by 3.6% compared to September 2014, while the number of subscriptions to all the company’s services went up by 8%, to 2.04 million.
