Telecom company UPC Romania increased revenues by 8% in the first nine months of the year, to USD 111.9 million, due to the increasing number of subscriptions sold to customers, reports local Ziarul Financiar. In the same period in 2013, the company posted revenues of USD 103.6 million.

The company’s client portfolio increased slightly in the first nine months, from 1.16 million at the end of September 2013, to 1.165 million this year. Compared to the 1.189 million clients at the end of 2013, the number is lower.

In the third quarter, UPC Romania’s revenues increased by 8.6% to USD 37.7 million.
