Skoda Octavia remains the best-selling import car in the Romanian market, with 1,489 units sold in the first five months of 2015. The number of Skoda Octavia cars delivered in this period increased by 6.5% year-on-year.

Skoda Rapid ranks second with 1,086 units, up by 42% followed by Volkswagen Golf, with 1,022 units and Ford Fiesta with 879 cars.

Volkswagen and Skoda were the best-selling foreign car brands in Romania in this period, followed by Ford, Renault, Opel and Hyundai.
